BearingPoint rents in Munich’s Skygarden

CA Immo has concluded additional lease agreements for the Skygarden office building in Munich's Arnulfpark. The internationally operating consultancy BearingPoint will be leasing around 1,730 m² (approx. 18,621 ft² in the building. The company Colliers International acted as an advisor during the conclusion of the lease. In addition, leases were signed with BohnZirlewagen Prozess- und Managementberatung für Immobilien for around 286 m² (approx. 3,078 ft² as well as with a company in the IT sector for around 380 m² (approx. 4,090 ft². With the conclusion of these leases, the building's occupancy rate has now reached 90%.

BearingPoint, a specialist in management and technology consulting, is relocating its Munich branch with around 200 employees to Arnulfpark. "In selecting our new site in Munich, decisive factors included the entrepreneurial environment in Arnulfpark as well as the high architectural quality of the Skygarden building. Another important aspect was the ideal connection to the public transport and road network", said Peter Niedermayer, Branch Manager at BearingPoint Munich. BearingPoint has eight branches in Germany and a total of 1,400 employees.

Located directly by Munich's Hackerbrücke (Hacker Bridge, the office building was conceived and realised as a green building.
