S IMMO AG has gained another very renowned tenant at its
Serdika Center shopping centre in Sofia: After opening a
shop at Bucharest’s Sun Plaza, the largest shopping centre
in Romania, in November 2011, the Swedish fashion chain HM
has now also signed a lease at Serdika Center.

In the spring of 2012, HM will move into a shop with a
total of 2,500 m² of floor space, making it another anchor
tenant at the shopping centre. Friedrich Wachernig, Member
of the S IMMO Management Board, commented on this success
in letting: «We are very proud to welcome HM to our second
large centre. Not only have we gained another renowned
tenant. We have also increased the attractiveness of the
shopping centre and strengthened its position as the
fashion centre in the Bulgarian capital. We look forward to
seeing large crowds. »

As the largest and most modern shopping centre in Bulgaria,
Serdika Center opened to great success in the spring of
2010 and is the Group’s largest development project. ECE
Projektmanagement, Europe’s market leader in the
construction of inner-city shopping centres, is the project
partner. The building has 51,000 m² of lettable shopping
space and has been nearly fully let since opening.
