Nokia Siemens Networks Magyarország re-ups at CA Immo’s City Gate office building

Nokia Siemens Networks Magyarország has renewed its lease deal nearly 13,000 square meters of office space at CA Immo’s City Gate located in Budapest’s District IX. This is the year’s biggest real estate deal so far.

CB Richard Ellis said the deal was preceeded by several months of negotiations.

In addition to its size, the deal was also unique in terms of satisfying special needs of Nokia Siemens Networks Magyarország. During negotiations, realizing conditions for technical expansion and long-term sustainability were the most important factors. [resourceinfo.
