(TSX VENTURE: EIA ("EIS Capital" is pleased to announce their intention to merge with its subsidiary, sewn Transport Services Ltd., in accordance with the provisions of Corporations Act (Alberta from July 31, 2011. The new corporation together to use the name "sewn Transportation Services SA" .. The TSX Venture Exchange has provided the acceptance of change of name.
