John Williams, partner at Kuber Ventures, said the platform aims to be an independent "one-stop shop" for EIS funds, which offer tax incentives in return for investment into small, high-risk companies.
It is also sponsoring the industry's first qualification on EIS investing, devised by the government to help stimulate growth in the economy.
Speaking at the platform's launch, Mr Williams claimed the move will simplify EIS investing, as well as giving advisers peace through "strict" due diligence.
He added: "Having such a wide range of funds will allow advisers to de-risk their EIS portfolios through diversification and our partner Allenbridge will ensure all products on the platform are industry-leading. Our EIS offering removes commission entirely in compliance with RDR, offering a flat, transparent charging structure.
"We also support making the EIS sector more professional by sponsoring its first qualification – this should give advisers the complete confidence and knowledge to offer this option, as it could be extremely useful for pension planning in particular.
