Paul Fenty, Althea Guishard and Diana Ferrol ranking first, second and third place, respectively from the public sector and Glenda Ismael first place winner along with Julia Christopher, whose two entries placed second and third from the private sector, were wined and dined by His Excellency the Governor Mr. Boyd McCleary, CMG, CVO, Premier and Minister of Finance Dr. the Hon. D. Orlando Smith, OBE, and the Deputy Governor Mrs. V. Inez Archibald. The winners also received framed certificates signed by the Governor, Premier and Deputy Governor at the conclusion of the formal part of the evening's activities, which was chaired by the Permanent Secretary in the Deputy Governor's Office Mr. David Archer.
