AXI Immo has acquired the hypermarket tenant Tesco for the Kowale Shopping Centre in Tri-City. The British network will occupy 1,200 m². In addition, the Centre will also have a Kolporter newsagent. AXI Immo is the centre's exclusive broker.
The Kowale Shopping Centre will be built on ul. Staropolska near the Tri-City S6 bypass, and directly
by the 221 highway. The facility is easily accessible from both the provincial road, and from smaller
residential streets. The centre will be located adjacent to areas inhabited by about 40,000 people, in a
fast developing part of the Tri-City. Currently, the area lacks the option of shopping in one place.
The Kowale Centre will be a two-storey modern shopping mall, offering dozens of outlets. There will
be 4,700 m² of sales area together with an office building, which together with the shopping centre
constitutes 6,000 m². Customers will have at their disposal 160 parking, allowing them to do their
shopping in comfort. The opening is planned for autumn 2012. The investor is Impress from Warsaw.
