(the "Company" is pleased to announce that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ("Corps" CARDNE ENTRIX is selected to complete the Environmental Impact Statement ("EIS" for the mine project Haile gold in South Carolina. The EIS will provide the remaining essential information needed by the
Corps to issue a 404 Wetlands permit. On September 23, 2011, the Corps
filed the Notice of Intent to Prepare an EIS in the Federal Register
establishing October 27, 2011 for the Scoping and Public Hearing
meeting that will be held in Kershaw, South Carolina. Following that
meeting and subsequent comment period an EIS schedule will be
