Army names new PEO-EIS

Douglas Wiltsie is set to hold the office of the Army Enterprise Information Systems Program Executive Officer, Gary Winkler picking up where he left when he left office in April. Wiltsie is currently Deputy Executive Director of Intelligence Program, electronic warfare and sensors. Which officially will take over Oct. 5 with a change of the statutes, according to Nancy Self, PEO-EIS public affairs.

According to his biography, such as PEO-IEWS Wiltsie has been responsible for development assistance, acquisition, management and life cycle of military intelligence, electronic warfare and target acquisition programs. He has also worked in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASAALT, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, NATO and the Future Combat Systems program earlier and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.

Terry Watson, Deputy PEO-EIS, has served as interim PEO-EIS since the departure of Winkler.
