CA Immo and Pramerica Real Estate Investors, the owners of the Warsaw Financial Center, have made arrangements to sell the office building to a consortium of the Allianz insurance company and Curzon Capital Partners III, an investment fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.

The building will change hands for around 210 million euros. Allianz holds an 87.5-percent stake in the consortium. Real estate services companies Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International are the agents representing CA Immo and Pramerica Real Estate Investors in the deal.

The Warsaw Financial Center is in the center of Warsaw at the intersection of Emilii Plater and Świętokrzyska streets. It is a 32-story building with a leasable area of 50,000 sq m. Among the tenants are law firms, consulting firms and financial institutions. CA Immo and Pramerica Real Estate Investors took ownership of the building in 2005.
