Axi Immo Secures Leases for Clients in Silesia

Commercial real estate services company Axi Immo has helped the Farby Kebe Polska and Alupack companies sign lease agreements for manufacturing and office space in the southern Silesia region.

Farby Kebe Polska leased around 3,500 sq m of manufacturing, office and welfare space in the city of Częstochowa, and Alupack leased 2,400 sq m of manufacturing, office and welfare space as well as a depot in the city of Siemianowice Śląskie.

Farby Kebe Polska is a Swiss-owned producer of wall paints, plasters, insulation systems and chemicals that has been on the Polish market since 1995. Alupack manufactures a variety of aluminum pans, baking paper and foils. The company leased space from the Edmar Co Edmund Niemiec company.
