FYI-Food: Feb.

Restaurateur back

Veteran restaurateur Michael Hernandez is back in Naples after a 10-year absence and is now the owner of Handsome Harry's. Hernandez was the owner of Mad Hatter on Sanibel, Michael's Cafe, Bistro 821, Trios, Zoe's and Aqua Grill in Naples, Bistro 41 in Fort Myers and Mia's in Tampa. Ten years ago he retired to Whitefish, Mont., but returned to Naples so his children can grow up with grandparents. The biggest change he noticed when he arrived in Naples was the expansion of chain restaurants in the area. Hernandez says he will tweak the restaurant with changes in color and some decor, but chef Tony Biagetti will still handle the menu.
