Gras Savoye leases headquarter in Ambassador Office Building

AXI Immo has brokered the lease of 3.200 m² office space in Ambassador Office Building in Mokotów district in Warsaw. The new tenant has become Gras Savoye Polska. The company will occupy 3.200 m² over 3 floors. The company will also have access to a viewing terrace. The building Ambassador Office Building will include all departments of the company and a call centre open 24 hours.

The Ambassador Office Building is a development from Kronos Real Estate. The office building is due to be completed for the end of 2012. The complex consists of two elements of seven and eleven stories. The Ambassador Office Building is characterised by modern architecture, high quality finishing elements and an interesting arrangement of communal areas. The total floor area of the investment is 15.600 m². The complex is situated in a convenient location near Galeria Mokotów and it has good public transport with metro and several bus and tram lines.
