Platinion signs lease for 1450 m² in Munich

CA Immo has signed another lease for its Skygarden office building in Arnulfpark, Munich, this time with IT consultancy Platinion GmbH, a subsidiary of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG, for around 1,450 m² (15,608 sq. ft. From autumn 2012 the Green Building will serve as the company's main base. It sees occupancy of the recently completed office tower rise to 76 per cent. Financing of the Skygarden complex to the tune of €65 million is being handled by UniCredit Bank AG (HypoVereinsbank.
