Lois Miller, of Fitness Formula Club has been teaching group fitness classes for over 25 years and recently named one of Chicago’s Fitness Guru of 2011.
Lois believes that the most important thing to look for in a group fitness class is a smart, motivating teacher that presents workouts that are safe and goal oriented. Classes should suit your schedule and be both fun and challenging.
She believes the hottest trends are fusion classes which take two or three class formats and blending them into one comprehensive, full body workout.
