Leasinvest sells an office building in Zwijndrecht (Antwerp) for EUR 7.

The sicafi Leasinvest Real Estate (Euronext Brussels, LEAS sold on 19/12/11,
through a transfer of a branch of economic activity, an office building located
in the business park Alpha Campus in Zwijndrecht (near Antwerp to the company
Integrale Immo Management SA, subsidiary of Integrale ´c.c.a.´, specialized in
complementary pensions, for an amount of EUR 7.7 million (transfer costs
excluded.

This transaction comprises an office building (3,487 m² with integrated
workshops (355 m², a warehouse (639 m², approx. 125 outdoor parking spaces,
the underlying land (approx. 6,725 m², together with the real estate leasing
contract concluded with the lessee occupying the building.

A limited realized capital gain of EUR 0.4 million on this transaction will be
booked in our financial year 2011.
