S.A.G. Solarstrom AG signs purchase contract for the 48 MWp photovoltaic
project in North Italy

Freiburg, January 1, 2012. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security
identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008, Freiburg i. Br.,
signed a purchase contract for the large-scale project ‘Serenissima’ in
Northern Italy with an institutional investor on the 31st of December 2011.
The contract is subject to the usual conditions precedent. The price of
sale will be in line with the market rate in the triple-digit million-euro
range. The corporate shares will be transferred and the purchase price paid
to the S.A.G. Solarstrom Group in the first quarter of 2012.
