CEE investor-developer CA Immo has extended leases for over 14,000 m2 in two Bucharest office buildings as international anchor tenants are helping the company’s EUR 407 mln Romanian portfolio to almost 100% occupancy.
The anchor tenants in the Bucharest office building Riverplace have agreed extensions for almost 13,000 m2 of the buildings total office space of 47,600 m2.
The mainly international companies Telemobil extended the lease on 5,055 m2; Computer Generated Solutions Inc. did the same for 5,688 m2 and Viveo Romania extended its 746 m2 lease and took an additional 1,400 m2 with durations of between 4 and 10 years.
Leases were also extended in the Opera Center 2 office building: the law firm Stoica si Asociatii is leasing its current 920 m2 space for a further 10 years, and Cushman Wakefield is leasing 320 m2 for a further 5 years.
