Konstanz/Germany, 26 June 2012 – The shares of Sunways AG, Konstanz (ISIN
DE0007332207 / WKN 733220, are presently admitted to trading in the Regulated
Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as well as in the Regulated Market’s
listing segment with additional post-admission requirements (Prime Standard.
Today, the Supervisory Board of Sunways AG approved the Management Board’s
resolution on a transfer of the stock exchange listing from the Prime Standard
to the General Standard of the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Now, Sunways AG will file a relevant application for revocation of the admission
of its shares to the Prime Standard with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This
change in trading segment is meant to reduce the additional expense involved in
connection with a Prime Standard listing.

Such revocation will take effect as of the end of three months after publication
on the internet (www. deutsche-boerse.com of the revocation decision by the
stock exchange management; the admission of Sunways AG’s shares to the Regulated
Market (General Standard will remain unaffected.
