In addition, due to an account breach, co-lead agencies are no longer accepting comments via email.
However, comments are still welcome. People can submit them to the EIS website at www.eisgatewaypacificwa.gov/get-involved/comment by filling out the form, typing in the message area and attaching any relevant files such as text documents or photos.

The email account set up to receive comments was shut down to prevent further misuse after an outside party appeared to hijack it, Altose said.
The outside party sent a message that appeared to come from the Gateway Pacific Terminal EIS comment email address, he said.
The co-lead agencies and the official website of the EIS have no position on the projects they are evaluating, and any emails they send will reflect only unbiased information, Altose said.
"We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that a third party's regrettable action has caused," Altose said.
